Fund Investment Performance:
To view your fund investment performance, click on the 'Fund Investments' tab on the left sidebar.  Read below to find out more about each of the tabs on the Funds dashboard:

• Overview: a quantitative overview of your fund investments with Icehouse Ventures, which can be split by fund (if you have invested in more than one) or seen in aggregate. Hover on any of the metric titles to get a definition of the metric or read the article here for a detailed explanation of common venture metrics/terms.
• Transactions: a transactional feed of all fund activity, showing details on all fund deployments and fees as they are recognised.
• Companies: a view showing your exposure to individual companies across your fund investments, and the performance of those positions.  This can be viewed at an individual fund level or in aggregate.  Click any company's name to learn more about them and their company updates.
  
• Documents: a library of fund reports and key fund documentation is available here. 
  Note: you will receive bi-monthly fund reports from all your invested funds, including links to all underlying reports/updates shared by portfolio companies.
• Payments: an overview of your previous and/or upcoming tranche payments with payment instructions included for reference.

Direct Investment Performance:
To view your direct investment performance, click into the 'Direct' tab on the left sidebar.  Read below to find out more about each of the tabs on the Direct dashboard:

• Overview: a quantitative overview of your direct investments with Icehouse Ventures. Hover on any of the metric titles to get a definition of the metric or read the article here for a detailed explanation of common venture metrics/terms.
• Transactions: a breakdown of your direct investments, showing the company, date, instrument, and instrument price.
• Companies: a view showing your exposure to individual companies across your direct investments, and the performance of those positions. Click any company's name to learn more about them and their company updates.
  Note: you will receive all underlying reports/updates/resolutions shared by portfolio companies directly from our team, in real time.
  
  

Direct Investments

Invest

Simply head to the 'Invest' tab on the left sidebar and browse through the offers currently open for investment. 

This page will display all the opportunities available for investment at a given point in time - this includes both co-investment opportunities and open Icehouse Ventures funds.

If an open offer piques your interest, click 'View Offer' to find details about the investment terms, browse the available materials or begin your investment application by clicking the 'Begin Indication' button.

The Analysis tab on the portal provides valuable insights into the progress of your investment, allowing you to benchmark it against the performance of other investors/investments on our platform.

Browse through the various charts and metrics available to track your IRR distribution, level of diversification, holding value, and investment multiple over time (to name a few!). Unleash your competitive spirit as you benchmark your investment performance with anonymised, aggregated data from all investors across the IV platform.

Analysis

Investment Statements

A variety of detailed statements are available for download in the 'Statements' tab.

Here, you can generate investment statements for any chosen end-period, for any of your respective fund investments (using the toggle under 'Select Fund'), alongside a separate statement for any direct investments you have made.

There are a number of ongoing compliance obligations that wholesale investors are required to satisfy in order to participate in the venture asset class.

To view and update compliance information related to your investment entities, navigate to the 'Settings' tab then scroll and click 'View Compliance Hub.'  

Here you will find your Compliance Dashboard, where you can toggle between your different investing entities (if applicable) to review the compliance information we have on file and complete specific tasks where required.

Note the 'Compliance Health' progress bar at the top of the page will indicate if there are any key compliance pieces that we are missing from you.
